Studio Countdown is an unconventional company. We don't have convoluted management structures or faceless corporate shareholders. We create things because we can.
Most of our staff members work flexibly on a revenue-share basis, so profits flow back to the people who made them happen. You choose when and how you work, because we trust you to get the work done.
We know that revenue sharing isn't a viable income source for many (especially for projects where revenue can't be guaranteed), and we understand that's why our employees are mostly part-time. Our goal is to eventually be able to offer more stable earning opportunities while keeping some of the benefits of passing profits directly to employees.
